Definition

This indicator affects how the minimum interval between two rent adjustments is to be interpreted.

• Flag is not set: The next possible adjustment date is determined by adding the specified number of months to the date of the last adjustment.
• Flag is set: The next possible adjustment date is determined by rounding down the date of the last rent adjustment to the first of the month and then adding the specified number of months to it.
