Definition

This indicator determines whether and how the conditions of an expired rental agreement for the rental unit are transferred to the rental unit.

Use

The indicator is set:

The system copies the conditions (valid as of rental end) of the rental agreement to the rental unit under the following prerequisites:

  • No other value is entered in the rental unit for the corresponding condition type as of the new vacancy date.

  • Conditions are inserted but are not deleted during transfer.

The indicator is not set:

The conditions are not transferred.

Dependencies

The percentage rate of conditions which is to be transferred is defined in the Transfer perc. field.
