Definition

This parameter controls which items should be displayed in the tenant account sheet.

Use

• If '1' is entered, all open items which belong to the special G/L activity class 'down payment' and which are activities to be paid, are displayed.
• If '2' is entered, the items are displayed as in '1' as well as all cleared items which belong to the special G/L activity class 'down payment' and which are activities to be paid.
• If '3' is entered, the items are displayed as in '2' as well as all items which belong to the special G/L activity class 'down payment'
• but which are not activities to be paid.

The types '1' and '2' can be output as lists and printed as letters. Type '3' can only be output as a list.
