Use
Indicator is set
The settlement of credits and receivables is simulated.
The settlement must also be carried out in order to receive the list of advance payments made by the tenant on the results screen of the simulation (AP made).

The settlement is not simulated.
Dependencies
In order to ensure that the advance payments that have not yet been made are also taken into consideration in the simulation, you have to set the Settlement due to debit advance payment indicator.
