Definition

Normally, only contracts or rental units for which no explicit conditions exist after the valid-from date are adjusted during a rent adjustment.

Use

Indicator is set

Conditions which exist after the valid-from date are adjusted during the current adjustment run in the same way as the current condition.

This is necessary, for example, for correct calculations when carrying out a combined adjustment of graded and index-linked rent.

EXAMPLE:

A graded contract is to be adjusted via index adjustment on 07/01/95. The index has increased from 100 to 110 points (=10 %).
