Definition
Using this indicator you can define whether the definition of contract conditions on a daily basis is to be allowed in this area (company code).
You can use the conditions on a daily basis, for instance, to carry out the "weekly posting" that is common to Australia.
If you set the indicator, the "Frequency in days" is displayed and can be maintained in the contract maintenance in addition to the usual "Frequency in months".
Note that the function is not released at this time (this is why it is not possible to maintain the field in the standard Customizing screen).
The results for contracts on a daily basis are currently only defined in the areas of periodic postings and accruals/deferrals. This function is particularly unpredictable in the areas of:
- Rent adjustment (including adjustment of advance payments)
- Reporting of conditions
- Correspondence
- Sales-based agreements
The indicator only refers to rental agreements and general contracts. Setting this indicator does not allow conditions to be created on a daily basis for rental units (vacancy debit position) and management contracts.
