If you want to adjust the advance payments of the rental agreements affected by the service charge settlement, select this field.

- An adjustment is carried out according to specified minimum amounts:
- Setting in Real Estate Customizing:
- Here, minimum amounts for reduction and increase are set for the adjustment of condition amounts in the service charge settlement. These amounts are determined for each condition type. The adjustment is only carried out once the difference between old and new conditions reaches or exceeds the minimum amount.
- Settings in this screen:
- If you do not make entries in the Minimum amount for decrease and increase fields, the Customizing settings are used.
- See the Perc.surcharge for AP increase field.
