Documentation
Definition
If this indicator is set for an adjustment based on the relative factors (standard of living index, mortgage loan rate change, maintenance and operating costs index), the rent reserve from comprehensive renovation and investment increasing asset value (appreciation) is adjusted in the same ratio as the rent.
In this way, the withheld amount is the same percentage before and after the adjustment.
Example
The indicator is set.
Old rent: 1000 SFr
Rent reserve due to appreciation: 200 SFr
Increase based on relative factors: 15 %, 150 SFr
=> New rent: 1150 SFr (1000+15%)
New rent reserve due to appreciation: 230 SFr ( 200+15%)
