Definition

If this indicator is set, the Assignment in document line item field is automatically filled in the following ways:

C/nnnnnnnnnnnnn

Document line item with account assignment in a rental agreement that belongs to a collective rental agreement. The number of the collective rent agreement is used.

3/nnnnnnnnnnnnn

Document line item with account assignment in a rental agreement that does not belong to a collective rental agreement. The number of the rental agreement is used.

8/nnnnnnnnnnnnn

Document line item with account assignment in a management contract. The number of the management contract is used.

Note

The field assignment BSEG-ZUONR can also be filled in other ways. For example, for document line items containing the agreement number (customer line item), you can transfer the agreement number to the assignment using the SORT field in the customer master either directly or in combination with other fields (FI Customizing and customer master).

It is also possible to use the substitution methods of FI that allow you, for example, to put business entity, rental unit and other Real Estate account assignments directly in the Assignment field by integrating substitution exits. This requires the coded Real Estate account assignment in the BSEG-IMKEY field to be decoded in the substitution exit.
