Use

The light is green

A sales report was made for the specified time period.

The light is red

A sales report was not made for this time period.

To let the system know that the sales were reported with the value "zero" for a specific time period, click the traffic light to change the light from red to green. The zero amount is then saved and taken into account in the corresponding sales settlement.

Lines with a red light will be automatically deleted when you save. These time periods are reported as an "error" in the sales settlement. The light can only be changed from green to red if no sales were reported for the corresponding report period.
