Documentation
Definition
If you import several D-records consecutively, you may find that a record already exists in the database for a specific rental agreement.
This indicator determines what is to happen to the existing data record.
Use
Indicator is set:
The system replaces the existing record for the rental agreement with the newly imported record.
Indicator is not set:
The existing record for the rental agreement remains unchanged; the new record is not imported.
Dependencies
If a record for a rental unit (vacant) is imported, and a record already exists in the database, the costs of the new and the old records are added together (within a single settlement period there may be several inconsecutive vacancies).
This is carried out regardless of the indicator.
