Definition

Here you can specify a percentage surcharge on the settlement result for all participating rental units.

• Management costs surcharge

The costs surcharge is charged to all participating rental units and rental agreements.

• Apportionment loss risk

The surcharge is added to the settlement result for rental units with a certain usage type (for example, social housing).

The system takes into account for all the relevant rental units either the percentage rate you specified in the initial screen for the service charge settlement, or the percentage rate that is maintained for each rental unit.

If the Public subsidy from/to fields are blank for a rental unit, this surcharge is only charged to the rental unit if the Apportionment loss risk indicator is set for the usage type in Customizing. However, if the Public subsidy to/from fields are maintained for a rental unit, the surcharge is charged for exactly this time period, regardless of the usage type indicator in Customizing.
