Definition

Reference value for distribution according to equivalence numbers

Use

The field can be used to:

  1. Automatically calculate the total of the equivalence numbers (Equiv. No. fields above)
  2. Define a maximum limit for equivalence numbers

Procedure

Define the unit of measurement of the equivalence number in the Unit field on the right.

You can now do one of two things:

  1. Define a maximum limit by entering a value here
  2. Note:
As soon as you make a manual entry here, the system no longer totals the equivalence numbers; it only calculates the difference from the maximum limit.
To reset this back to automatic calculation of the total, you have to delete the manually entered value.
  3. Define equivalence numbers for the settlement units; once you have done this, press ENTER and the system will calculate the total of the equivalence numbers (see Note).

Dependencies

  • Entries in this field are only possible during distribution according to equivalence numbers.

  • The value in this field is used to calculate the costs which have not yet been distributed (see the Equiv. No. and Perc % fields in the remaining lines)
