Definition
Reference value for distribution according to equivalence numbers
Use
The field can be used to:
- Automatically calculate the total of the equivalence numbers (Equiv. No. fields above)
- Define a maximum limit for equivalence numbers
Procedure
Define the unit of measurement of the equivalence number in the Unit field on the right.
You can now do one of two things:
- Define a maximum limit by entering a value here
- Note:
- As soon as you make a manual entry here, the system no longer totals the equivalence numbers; it only calculates the difference from the maximum limit.
- To reset this back to automatic calculation of the total, you have to delete the manually entered value.
- Define equivalence numbers for the settlement units; once you have done this, press ENTER and the system will calculate the total of the equivalence numbers (see Note).
Dependencies
- Entries in this field are only possible during distribution according to equivalence numbers.
- The value in this field is used to calculate the costs which have not yet been distributed (see the Equiv. No. and Perc % fields in the remaining lines)
