For rent adjustment according to Swiss law, the rent can be adjusted according to the development of the standard of living index since the previous adjustment. This is the date as of which the status of the standard of living index on which the current rent is based is valid.
The corresponding index series is defined in Customizing according to the regional location of the business entity.
