Documentation
Definition
In the rent adjustment according to Swiss law, the rent can, amongst other things, be adjusted in relation to the way the standard of living index has developed since the last adjustment. You have to enter the status of the standard of living index (date) on which the new rent is based. The relevant index series is dependent on the location of the business entity.
The date entered here is used in all adjusted rental agreements as the "Status of the standard of living index on which the current rent is based".
If the adjustment run is carried out on the basis of the standard of living index, the date is also the same date on which the index status for the new rent is determined.
Use
If you want to make an adjustment run on the basis of the standard of living index, you have to enter a date here. Otherwise you only enter a date if the status of the standard of living index should be used.
