Definition
For each period a cost collector must be generated so that costs can be posted for a settlement period. This field shows the date on which the cost collector was generated.
Costs can be posted on this cost collector no earlier than this date.
For cost collectors for special periods, the system determines the special period using the posting date and the "Opened on" and "Closed on" dates.
