Definition
According to Swiss law, the rent can, among other things, be adjusted depending on how the mortgage loan rate has developed since the last adjustment. You have to enter the mortgage rate loan level (date) on which the current rent is based for this. The relevant interest series is contingent upon the location of the business entity and defined in Customizing.
