Definition
In this field, the date of initial usage for the purposes of the first rental is specified when there is new construction work.
This date is used as the key date for the rent caps of privately-financed accommodation. If this field is not filled, the construction year of the building is used.
A rental agreement for a rental unit can only be concluded if the date of the rent start is after the date of the initial usage.
