Definition
Day on which the rent adjustment was activated. Both an activation in the future (the valid-from date of the rent adjustment is after the activation date) and a retroactive activation (the valid-from date is before the activation date) are possible. In the case of a retroactive activation, follow-up postings are generated if necessary.
