Rent cap which applies to a rental agreement is also taken into account for the rental unit.
However, the history of the contract and not the rental unit is used for this.
The indicator is not set
There is no rent cap on the rental unit.
Dependencies
The indicator is only effective if
- rental agreements and rental units are both to be adjusted and
- Rental Unit or Separate Calculation has been selected as the base object.
