You would like to control the correspondence for each rental agreement:

To do this, create correspondence groups KorrGrp_1 and KorrGrp_2 with appropriate combinations of correspondence applications and correspondence activities and assign them to the master data of the respective rental agreements.

This has the following effect:

  • If you print a contract or a notice for RA1, the appropriate correspondence activity is used from KorrGrp_1.
