Definition
Amount in currency per area unit (AE). A positive amount is a surcharge and a negative amount is a reduction entry, e.g. -1.00.
The new condition amount is calculated from:
(Condition amount/AU-reduction or condition amount/AU + surcharge) * Reference area of the condition type to be adjusted for the adjustment date.
