Definition
Minimum yearly sales used to determine the minimum rent agreed upon by tenant and landlord. If the actual yearly sales are lower than the planned sales, the actual yearly sales are the determination factor for the rent to be paid by the tenant. However, the absolute lower limit for determining the rent is the agreed upon minimum yearly sales.
