Definition
The maximum number of points calculated for all features marked as "maximum number of points per class" is entered here for a rent adjustment by points. The maximum number of points is valid for all features in a class which the same area type as for the feature group is assigned to. The latter are marked on the screen with all fixtures/fittings features data during master data maintenance.
If the maximum number of points for a class is zero, this means that there is no total point limit for this class.
