Definition
The number of points to be calculated can be dependent on an area in a rent adjustment by points. Here, you can enter which points are to be calculated if the rental unit is in the corresponding area class.
The area entered in the field "Feature class area type" is taken into consideration for this. If no area is entered, the reference area values are used.
The number of points entered is valid for all features in this class which the same area type as for the feature class and which no explicit point value is assigned to.
