Definition

Rent adjustment by points:

The maximum number of points which are taken into consideration for this fixtures/fittings feature. No upper limit is fixed if no points exist.

The number of points for a fixtures/fittings feature is calculated on the basis of the product, the number of points which are stored in customizing for the feature and the number of points which have been entered in the object for this feature. If the product exceeds the maximum number of points for the feature, the maximum number is used instead of the product.

If no points are stored in the representative list of rents, the number of points in the object must be between the minimum and maximum number of points in the representative list of rents
