Rent adjustment by points:
Points which are given for this fixture/fittings feature. The number of points for a feature is calculated on the basis of the product, the number of points which are stored in customizing for the feature and the number of points which have been entered in the object for this feature.
You can maintain the number of points in the object under the following conditions:
- It must have been defined in customizing that you are able to specify a number of points in the object. The number is points is otherwise automatically determined on the basis of the value specified in the representative list of rents for this feature, if you mark the corresponding feature as "belonging to the object".
- The feature may not be linked to an area. The area amount of the corresponding area type is automatically assumed to be the number of points for the feature, for those features which are linked to an area type.
The number of points entered here and the number of points stored for this feature in the representative list of rents are used to calculated the number of points for the feature as follows:
- The number of points entered here is multiplied by the number of points stored for the feature in the representative list of rents.
- If there are no points stored in the representative list of rents, the number of points stored here in the object is used.
If the final number of points is outside of the limits (minimum, maximum number of points) for the feature, the minimum or maximum number of points is used instead of the calculated value.
