Definition

This amount represents the base rent according to the characteristics of the rental unit from the representative list of rents assigned to the business entity of this rental unit.

You can define the base as either the upper, lower or average value of the representative list of rents field in the Customizing data of the representative list of rents. (see Selection of base rent).

You can also select another amount as the base rent for each rental unit if you do not want to use this value (Refer to Base value for grouping RU in RLR group).
