The maximum permitted increase per area unit is specified here for the Swiss rent adjustment. If the increase calculated during the rent adjustment carried out in accordance with an absolute procedure (typical local rent, gross yield or net yield) is higher than the value specified here, the exceeding amount is transferred to the rent reserve.
