Documentation
Definition
Maximum allowed total amount calculated by the system
Dependencies
- Calculation bases
The calculation bases are defined in Customizing in the legal regulations according to tenancy law.
However, for rent adjustment according to Swiss law this value is not determined from the legal regulations, but rather according to the maximum limits set in the initial screen.
- How this affects the adjustment
The system does not allow adjustments which exceed this maximum total rent amount.
In this case the system automatically sets this maximum allowed amount as New Rent.
