Definition
Gross amount of the cost share incurred for the rental unit or the rental agreement within the settlement.
The share of non-deductible input tax incurred for the rental agreement is only transferred to the rental agreement if the "input tax opting" indicator has not been selected. In this case the gross amount is the sum of the net amount and tax amount.
If the rental agreement is set to opt, the input tax is deductible and is not transferred to the tenant. In this case the gross amount is equal to the net amount in the settlement result.
