Definition
Total of capital transfer outflows and unscheduled repayments up to a given key date. An unscheduled repayment can be generated on the basis of the conditions or entered manually using the corresponding application function. In the case of borrower's note loans, the system also takes the respective price gains and losses and the proportionate discount/premium deferrals into account.
