During advance payment adjustments or flat-rate adjustments through the service charge settlement, the valid-from date is determined by adding the number of months stored in this field for the settlement run month.
Based on this date the first of the month is used for the valid-from date for the new advance payment. This date is only a proposed value and you can change it.
