Definition

In a representative list of rents based on points, a value specified in the representative list of rents is multiplied by the age in years of the rental unit when calculating the number of points to be deducted due to the age of the building.

If the tenancy law does not require respresentative lists of rents based on points, you can leave the field blank.

Example
