Definition
The number of rooms in a rental unit which are considered to be "Half rooms" can be entered via this field.
All rooms which have less than 10 qm floor space are considered to be "half rooms".
If individual rooms are maintained for the corresponding rental unit, the system checks the entry in this field against the number of rooms created. Only the rooms which are indicated as being "Half rooms" are taken into consideration.
Differences are automatically corrected by the program.
