Documentation
Definition
The quota always refers to a plant and is the basis used to calculate the percentage of the item quantity to be allocated to the plant. Depending on the quota category, the quota can be interpreted by the system in various ways.
Use
Quotas can be defined in an allocation table and in an allocation
rule:
Allocation table
If an allocation rule is defined in an item of an allocation table, the quotas defined in the allocation rule apply.
Quotas can be specified in an allocation table for plant groups and are valid for all the plants in the group.
Allocation rule
Quotas can be specified in an allocation rule for plants and plant groups. Quotas defined for plant groups are proposed as default values for all the plants in the group. Quotas can, however, be defined individually for each individual plant.
