Definition
In general, you declare statistical data, such as INTRASTAT, with the relevant form. In addition, data can be transmitted on magnetic data carriers. However, magnetic data carriers can only be used if the company applies to the relevant authorities for a license and receives approval.
If the company receives an approval, it takes part in a socalled "approved special procedure". In addition, licenses with magnetic data carriers are only allowed if the authorities receive goods catalogs. You must specify the special procedure number in the goods catalog.
