This indicator controls whether planning data may be written to the version.

Version 0 must always exist. The Planning and Actual indicators must be activated in version 0.
If an update of planning data in a version in the General Version Definitions is not permitted, the same rule applies to the Controlling Area Settings for this version.
If an update of planning data in a version in the General Version Definitions is permitted, you can cancel the permission by deactivating the indicator in the Controlling Area Settings for each controlling area.
