Causes table MOFF, but not table MSTA, to be updated. This is useful if you want to restore faulty or accidentally deleted MOFF records (deleted by the function "Extend mat.view(s)").
If this indicator is not set, the system may generate missing MSTA records. However, it will not change existing MSTA records.
