Use of the key figures for analysis purposes
This display should help to analyze and purge the shipping processing which is especially hindered by missing parts situations.
Optimization measures are particularly required when a large amount of occur with this message or few materials are affected often.
Notes for optimization
The material concerned is actually a missing part. Under the prerequisite that the following two causes do not apply, no optimization can be undertaken with technical system methods.
The availability check is set incorrectly or is unsuitable. Its control should be comprehensively checked and amended.
Materials planning, procurement or inventory control do not function correctly (technical system and/or organizational). In this case the system reaction has only subordinate significance and can only be harmonized through synchronization with the process structure.
