Description
This key figure should provide an overview of the frequency and age structure of worklists that are not performing as well as required.
Using the key figure for analysis purposes
They can be used to recognize where you can best optimize the worklists.
You can also use them to see how efficiently the worklists ran in the past.
Example:
In the past a variety of unsuccessful worklists were implemented over an extended period of time.
Since changing the processing parameters and associated organizational environment 10 days ago, the system has been creating the expected number of deliveries again.
Structure and use of detail displays
The detail displays available here represent the frequency of use per age class.
Choosing additional infos without pressing the sample key will take you into the general selection screen for displaying logs for the worklists.
Notes for optimization
Unsuccessful work runs must be avoided!
As there are so many reasons for unsuccessful work runs, we cannot make a specific recommendation here.
You can determine causes using the permanently stored logs. Every run is logged separately.
