Definition

Company ID used throughout the company for affiliated companies regarding foreign trade.

Use

Enter the number of the affiliated company in this field if an export license can only be used for exports to specific affiliated companies.

Example

If you receive a license which is only valid for exports to your subsidiary - identified by the company ID 1122 in the customer master -, enter C in the field for validity for affiliated companies (VBDFG) and 1122 in this field.
During automatic export license determination, the system compares the data in the export license and in the customer master.
If this data differs, the export license cannot be used.
