Definition

Set this indicator if an export license of this type only authorizes exports to ship-to parties with which your own company is or is not affiliated in foreign trade.

Use

Set this indicator if an export license is to be valid

• only for non-affiliated companies
• only for affiliated companies but then for all affiliated companies
• only for individual affiliated companies, identified by the company ID

In the last case, you also have to enter the company ID of the affiliated company in the export license.

Example

If you receive a license that is only valid for exports to your subsidiary - identified by the company ID 1122 in the customer master -, enter C in this field and 1122 in the company ID field (VBDNR).
During automatic license determination the system compares the data in the export licenses and in the customer master.
If this data differs, the export license cannot be used.
