Documentation
Description
This key figure gives an overview of the tables to be checked for each checking group and checking rule and the frequency of their use.
Use of key figure for analysis purposes
This can be used to determine the focus points and scope of the check.
The first optimization requirements can be determined from this representation.
If, for example, too few checking groups are used very often and they have comprehensive checking rules, it may be necessary to have more checking groups.
Example:
If requirements for a particular material are covered in-house, a check of procurement procedures in external trade (Purchasing; Purchase orders, purchase requisitions) is not necessary.
In this case you can define a new checking group and assign this to all of your own manufactured products.
If your products are not all relevant for sales and distribution at the same time, you can omit the normal checks here.
Structure and use of detail displays
The detail display shows the number of items with ATP check for each checking group and checking rule. As additional information, specific control indicators are shown from the checking rule. By doubleclicking on a line, you can display more columns with assignment object keys.
Notes for optimization
The admission of new checking groups requires careful handling in a business and technical system sense. Particularly if different areas of industry are affected.
If new checking groups are agreed for materials, which already have sales and distribution documents or items, the existing documents are not updated. The resulting requirements records will gradually disappear due to their temporary nature and the aging process. This means that improvements in performance take time to become noticeable.
