Controls how the list is formatted.

• The selected display variant is used as default variant in the corresponding entry transaction for manual actual postings in Controlling (CO).
• You define the display variant in the relevant entry transaction.

  In this transaction, save the display variant with the attribute not user-specific.

  Note

  Note the assignment of transaction and entry transaction.

• You can now select this variant when defining the screen variants.

  This enables you to select a suitable format for the list for every screen variant.
