For performance reasons, in the delivery transaction, management of the tab pages is only dynamically reconstructed when you switch screen groups (for example, when you switch from the item overview to a header detail screen).

You can use this indicator to trigger reconstruction of the tab page management in the delivery transaction, without switching screens or switching screen groups.
