Definition

In Customizing, in the object "Foreign trade: Control export/import data in SD/MM documents", you can use this indicator to control which document fields in the foreign trade header or item data object must be filled so that the system regards the document header or item as complete. This control depends on the goods direction - "import/receipt" or "export/dispatch".

Additionally, this indicator controls which fields in the foreign trade header or item data are:

  • Hidden
  • Displayed
  • Mandatory

Note

In Foreign Trade Customizing, if you have not maintained an incompletion procedure for the document header in the "Foreign trade: Control export/import data in SD/MM documents" object, the system will check whether the following fields are filled:

  • EXPVZ - Mode of transport for foreign trade
  • ZOLLA - Customs office: Office of exit for foreign trade

If you have not maintained an incompletion procedure for the document item in the "Foreign trade: Control export/import data in SD/MM documents" object, the system will check whether the following fields are filled:

  • EXART - Business transaction type for foreign trade
  • EXPRF - Export/Import procedure for foreign trade
  • STAWN - Commodity code/Import code number for foreign trade
  • HERKL - Country of origin of the material
