Definition

You can use this indicator to control how the system reacts during document processing when foreign trade item data is incomplete. This reaction depends on the goods direction - import/receipt or export/dispatch.

The following system reactions are possible:

• ' ' - No check during document processing
• 'W' - Warning message during document processing
• 'E' - Error message during document processing

Note

' ' means that the system issues an information message if the foreign trade data is incomplete. Note The message menioned above will only be displayed if you branch to the Foreign Trade item picture in document processing.
