Use
You can restrict the permissibility of statistics groups in relation to the type of billed quantity as follows:
- If you allocate a type of billed quantity to a statistics group, you are only permitted to use the statistics group in schema steps whose variant program has the same value.
- If you do not allocate a type of billed quantity to a statistics group, the statistics group is permitted in all schema steps.
Example:
- No type of billed quantity is allocated to statistics group 000000. This statistics group can then be used in all schema steps.
- Statistics group 000001 has type of billed quantity = 1 and is permitted in schema steps containing the QUANTI01 variant, but not in those containing DEMAND01.
- By restricting the permissibility, you can prevent the incorrect use of statistics groups. For example, in most cases it is not logical to to use the same statistics group for schema steps containing demand and consumption variants.
