Definition
Operands of the operand category DEMAND and QUANT can be defined as register operands.
The indicator establishes how operands are used in the rate:
- If you wish to use operands as register operands in the rate header, you must set this indicator for these operands.
- In the rate steps you are only permitted to use operands if this indicator is not set, or if the operand is identical to the register operand from the rate header.
In addition, you are not permitted to create facts in the rate, the rate category, and the installation for register operands of the DEMAND category.
If you have already defined an operand as a register operand or a normal operand, it is not possible to change it because this could lead to inconsistencies. Instead, you must delete the operand and re-create it.
